Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
